Used to love it but now all I get is error Usablenet couldnt complete ..... Ready to change pharmacies

Having this app on my phone helps in so many ways. My loyalty card is always at hand, which I always tend to forget. I am able to access my account at anytime and make updates easily. Refilling your prescriptions is so easy to do also. And the thing I like best is the ability to use the app to pick up your prescriptions, just show the barcode and they know all your info without saying a word.

App needs work. User experience for prescriptions is lacking. I input my prescriptions b/c they wouldnt scan. But while I could progress to enter multiple scripts, ultimately I couldnt see whether they were scheduled and to get back I had to back out by hitting cancel. Not sure yet about other features. I hardly feel like testing it out now. But Im sure theyll figure it out with time.

I love this app, I use it all the time managing my prescriptions and storing my extra care card.

I find this app extremely useful when I have to refill my prescriptions or even request to have one filled Ive never had any issues with it.

This app is really unstable. I have tried on several occasions to upload pictures and have them printed at a store for pick up. The app crashed in the middle of the upload 100% of the time. (Probably 7 attempts) It has been a tremendous waste of time, and if you value your time, you may find it easier to upload online.

Easy to sign up and easy to use. I used to think loyalty cards were more work than worth, but CVS has listened and exceeded expectations in designing a program and app that saves me money and took all the work and hassle away.

Really enjoying the "pick up" script function. Both my family and the pharmacy staff are getting used to using it. Well done.

No shop function. No one works on this app. Been like this forever.

Tons of errors and keeps making you enter the same info over and over. Bad customer service.

Was able to use Touch ID and login. Good app overall! Did a photo order as well. Like the new experience.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app!!! The pick-up prescriptions feature is awesome, time-saving and I recommend to everyone!! Just saved me @ least 10-15 minutes. Try it.....you will love it!!!

Wow. I really didnt expect more than some basic features helping me shop or refill prescriptions, but this goes way beyond that. The app is so integrated with the system at the store that I can sign for my Rxs on my phone, and the pharmacy technician receives the signature instantly while o am standing there. Incredible! Thats just one of the many truly useful things this app does. I switched to CVS a few months ago due to problems with my old pharmacy. This app reminds me that it was a good decision every time I use it.

Every time I try to check out, either on my phone or online, I get an error message that my profile info is not available. I cannot manually enter the info so I cannot make my purchase. Customer service said to download a different browser. That didnt fix anything and they could not offer any further help so I am now shopping at Rite-Aid.
