Reliable, easy to refill, and you receive a email confirmation quickly.when you pick up the people in the pharmacy are always smiling. Sure you have some days where their no so happy. But we the customers are not always gracious. I have some days like that too. Love my CVS Pharmacy

I love being able to load my rewards and extrabucks to my card and the app. Especially love the mobile prescription pickup, a lot less hassle. The clerks said they love it too.

Takes forever to set up, keeps giving errors. I set birth year and continues to say its 1900. Insist on shipping the meds instead of allow pick up. Would not locate my store and then trying to scan. It would not read the bar code. Someone needs to do a serious overhaul and recode this app to work correctly. Sadly have to give it a star, but does not deserve that.

Im speechless. I love this app. Makes shopping a whole lot better.

This is a great app....it is easy & quick & everything I need is there...the new Rx portion is a great added addition that works great now

The new prescription pickup is awesome and makes the process super fast and easy

This app is great for replacing the plastic card, keeping track of coupons and "send to card" offers for shopping in person at CVS(a must if u dont want to overpay). BUT Ive never successfully used the app to shop on cvs.com and there are no multichannel capabilities of you switch to shopping in your browser, you have to start over!! Needs work still CVS but improving. The alerts for in store progress on Rx pickups are semi-reliable. Limited by the capabilities of the humans in store to assess unusual prescriptions.

Dont have to search for my card. All rewards linked to my app.

Could use a lot more user friendly tech. Especially during checkout.

Every time I try to create an account it says an unknown communication area has occurred. So I cant use the app.

When I had difficulty downloading app - 3rd time - I called phone center and was told my iPhone 5 was not compatible.

I have always used Walgreens as my preferred drug store for prescriptions and photos. I recently moved and CVS is the closest drug store now. I am so disappointed with this app. My photos wouldnt upload, during the upload it would get stuck, and Id have to close and reopen and start all over. Then, when duplicates wound up in my cart, while trying to delete those, the app got stuck. Ill just drive the extra miles to Walgreens.

Ive been "setting up" for 2 days now. Repeatedly need to input address & phone. Please bring Target Pharmacy back!

Love being able to just pull up my app and see whats ready for me, what needs to get more refills when Im at the doctors office, manage ready fill, etc. LOVE it!!!

I have had the app for a while, but only used it to refill prescriptions. Today was the first time I used it not only to refill but for the pick up process. It was so efficient and time saving using the app rather then having to wait for a pharmacist to look up my name, and prescription, sign a receipt form, etc. WTG CVS!!

Can you at least add Apple Wallet support?

The app has poor functionality. Does not update on status of refills. Not user friendly like the target pharmacy app was. Am not impressed with CVS pharmacy or its app so far.

I wish that extrabucks would show up in the app.

I love my extra care card! Lots of discounts!

Its a good app but it needs Apple Wallet support like the Walgreens app. Please add support for Apple Wallet.
