App is Well Designed, Updates fix issues quickly & add Great Features- Love the Fingerprint Password for Log-In- Refills & Script Pick-Ups are So Much Faster & Easier! All & All, Very Happy!

So much easier just go in hit pickup Rx and get a screen that pharmacy tech gets your Rx faster.

CVS could not have made a more complicated app to use.

Makes it easy to manage my Rx -- and to pick them up with privacy. Love it! The one drawback is that I cant always archive an expired Rx when it is renewed with a new Rx number. As a result, Ive got a bunch of expired drugs cluttering up my list. I ask the pharmacy staff to help clean up the list, but they cant seem to do it. Otherwise a beautiful app.

Love having the ease of this app

I can refill using the app I used Rx pickup at the drive thru and it took seconds to get my Rx. Also love the coupons you can add to your ExtraCard. I LOVE THAT I DONT HAVE TO REMEMBER A PASSWORD...FINGERPRINT LOGIN!!!

It helps me manage refills when it works. But most of the time the app doesnt work to manage prescriptions. Theres a glitch and it just apologizes for not being able to help at this time. Called customer service and they told me it was a known problem and to just delete and reinstall the app. Okay, thats a hassle because now I have to re-enter all the info for every family member. Ill try once more, but this problem really needs to be fixed. My favorite part is being able to sign for the meds using my iPhone and not the germy pen at the register. Please fix this app!

Love it, love it!! I do get annoyed when there are technical issues, like when you want to refill prescriptions and the time wont populate or it spins forever and you get a blank page.

Tried to redeem $10 off $20 promo but Im not able to finalize the order on my phone. First I have to download cvs app. Login. Then Login AGAIN in cvs express. Then I get locked out. Reset pw? Doesnt work. Text with reset link takes me to shop again

This is one of the worst app built ever.. Hangs most of the times, unable to pull profile information, non interactive n chaotic navigation..

Touch ID stopped working. Takes forever to load.

This app is great!! It makes drive-through visits much faster or welkin visits.

Please add Apple Wallet integration. Otherwise, there is no point to have an app.

I have tried to use the new prescription pick-up section doesnt work. In the 4 times I have tried using the feature, it has worked once. It slows down the check-out process. Please figure out the issue its annoying to me, the clerk and anyone behind me in line.

I think this app has great potential and soon as they can lock some financial information to it that is well protected it will be one of the easiest things to you that I can imagine great job CVS

Truly the best app of its kind I have ever used. Not just a lot of fluff that youll never use but truly helpful!! Love it!!

I can scan a refill and expect my meds by the time it takes me to drive the pharmacy. I work up to 60 hours a week and an raising a young son on my own. This is one less thing to waist my precious son.
