It would be nice to be able to have the option to put the electronic care card in our iPhone wallets.
Love that you can upload pics off your phone and have them printed for you. Like the Pharmacy part of it also.
I love this photo app. Easy to get photos from phone or tablet.
I really appreciate the store employees and the pharmacy department at the CVS I have used for years in Smyrna Tennessee. They have actually built a closer CVS to my home, but I prefer to drive the little further distance to continue using My CVS.
At first I didnt even download this app, I was new to using the iPhone. But as time went on, the emails I received offering this app, encouraged me to give it a go.
Once I got the app going, there were some mix ups with my meds and the refills. It seems the website and the app didnt coincide with each other.
But now I have the hang of it which makes getting my refills much easier and my requests for more refills.
The best part of this app is picking up my meds. The scanning of my bar code and signing for my meds is great.
I do have a question what happened to the express pay? I have two credit cards loaded into it and now the express pay doesnt come up nor can I access that data.
App works very well with pharmacy. Ive never had a problem we feeling any of my prescriptions. Makes it a much easier process now. Thank you
Some bad moments
Downloaded this app to simply allow me to throw out the cvs card.
Space is limited on my device so I didnt intend to keep the app, just the card in the Apple Wallet.
Happily upgrade my review once the feature is added.

The newer UI is definitely a step up but the performance of this app is still horrible. It just takes forever to bring up the prescriptions, move to the confirm page etc.
Almost every time you choose a function, it goes into a "helpful hint". Here is a helpful hint: Stop it! The app is already incredibly slow (remember dial-up internet) and this makes it slower. Simply have a help menu. Very difficult to navigate within app and you can not send a message to the pharmacy such as: Bill secondary insurance also. As it currently functions, its a waste of space on my phone. Delete!
Im not sure what the issue is, but if you type a product name nevermind... I know the issue. Its just a sloppy app designed to sell products. The only time I would use this is to comparison shop. The only time I need health care is when Im sick. Dont make a sick person look for the search field. If product search with local in store results becomes the most prominent component on the landing page, Ill upgrade my review.
It no longer works! When the cashiers scan my Rx pick up bar code - nada. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Worked perfectly for approximately 6 transactions - and then stopped. The poor cashiers are apologetic and feel bad - but at the end of the day this App just plain stinks. Why did I set up CVS pay and Rx pickup when nothing about the process works?!? Starting to hate CVS! How on earth can you not be aware of the fact that the application does not perform?!?!?!?! I keep applying each new update hoping for resolution- nope! BIG FAIL!
